Hichem Baba Ahmed is a researcher and marketing consultant. Mr. Baba Ahmed is a professor and researcher in marketing at HEC Algiers (Higher School of Business Studies), passionate about Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). He holds a degree in International trade and a Master degree in marketing, after completing a study program in information technology at Houari Boumediene University of Science and Technology. With diverse professional experiences, he focuses on leveraging ICT for marketing and promoting the export of Algeria's non-hydrocarbon products. As a founding member of the Office of Research and Marketing Investigations, he launched the first investigative application ACHO, aiming to position marketing and ICT as a strategic axis within Algerian companies.
