Mr. Boudjema Youssef, with more than ten years of experience in the field of digitalization, starting from the University of Nice Sophia Antipolis in France, alongside postgraduate studies in international hospitality. His international experience in France and Poland led him to found the startup "Biasa" in Algeria. He is also a content creator on the startup ecosystem through a local famous Facebook group. His journey proves that passion and knowledge when combined, can turn into a powerful engine for change.
